Good place to stop for the night. Hard to find, but they directed me over the phone. Owner very helpful and friendly. Site was OK. Rustic atmosphere. Worked for us. Did not use facilities as we were in late and out early. Would stay again.
If you are looking for a place for the night going through Bloomington, check this out. It take about 15 minutes, but is worth it. It's nestled in the countryside in a rural setting. Beautiful. A clean park, with lots of shade, and the owners are very friendly. We just stayed for the night, but would stay again and longer. A very, very nice place.
Lots of families and kids. Beach access was great. If you are looking for quiet, stay on the sound side. We had premium sound side site, which I recommend. Great view of sunset from site. View of beach blocked by dunes on premium beach side sites. No shade anywhere. Facilities excellent; newer on sound side (sound side showers had A/C and very clean). Campground workers very friendly and helpful. Ice on site, and they have a store with essentials. Came from North Dakota and was worth the trip, as Cape Hatteras was beautiful. This is a busy place, but everyone we met was friendly.
Outstanding. We selected a premium site along the creek which I recommend. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Park was spotless and sites were excellent. Private restrooms with showers were very clean. Ice on site as were laundry facilities. Beautiful setting in the mountains and Waynesville is a must to visit. Stayed 2 nights in Winnebago View. Other campers very friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks to the wonderful staff.
Outstanding. We stayed 4 nights while visiting our son at Fort Campbell, KY. The park was extremely well kept, including the pool, laundry, showers and rest room. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The owner, managers, and workers were all friendly. There is easy access from Interstate. There is lots of shopping close buy. Half the sites had good shade. The campground had nice store stocked with essentials. There is propane on site. We had a Class C Winnebago View but there were a mix of 5th wheels and big rigs. We highly recommend this park.
